This document applies to Guft members, creators, visitors, and relevant platform activity. Please read it carefully.
1. The agreement
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Guft (“Guft”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). They govern your access to the Guft website, progressive web app, profiles, private chats, creator content, community spaces, wallet and payment features, verification, support, and related services.
By visiting, registering, confirming that you are an adult, buying or accepting a chat, publishing content, receiving earnings, or otherwise using Guft, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Additional rules shown clearly in a feature, payment screen, creator programme, or safety notice also apply to that feature.
2. Adults only — 18+
Guft is exclusively for people aged 18 or older. You must be legally capable of entering this agreement. You may not use Guft for, with, or on behalf of a minor; allow a minor to access your account; target a minor; request or share sexualised content involving a minor; or misstate age to enter the platform.
We may require age or identity checks at registration, before access to a feature, before a creator is approved, before withdrawal, or whenever risk justifies another check. If we reasonably believe a person is under 18, we may immediately restrict the account, preserve evidence, cancel access, and make reports required or permitted by law.
3. Account ownership and responsibility
One account is for one real, responsible adult. Register with accurate information, keep it current, use a strong unique password, protect your email and device, and tell us promptly about suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity through your account unless you reported unauthorised access promptly and the activity was outside your control.
Do not sell, rent, lend, share, transfer, or trade an account. Do not create accounts in bulk, evade a suspension, manipulate referrals or welcome benefits, or use another person’s payment or verification details without authority. Guft may limit one person to one account or one role where necessary for platform integrity. A member account cannot simply assume creator privileges; creator access requires a separate approval process and compliance with creator requirements.
Your account is a limited permission to use Guft. It is not property that can be sold, inherited, or transferred, and it does not give you ownership of the platform, another user’s profile, or Guft records.
4. Roles on Guft
A “member” discovers creators and may request or buy conversations or content. A “creator” publishes an approved profile, chooses available times and permitted topics, accepts conversations, may publish eligible content, and may earn money. Guft administers the marketplace and technology but is not a participant in the personal conversation between a member and creator.
Role labels describe platform access, not employment, professional licensing, endorsement, agency, partnership, or a guarantee of expertise. Creators act independently and choose whether to accept a request, subject to these Terms and displayed platform rules.
5. Member promises and responsibilities
As a member, you agree to:
- Be honest about who you are and use only funds and payment methods you are authorised to use.
- Review the creator’s public profile, rate, session length, total price, and stated boundaries before sending a request.
- Communicate respectfully and accept that payment buys a limited period of access to a conversation, not control over the creator, a relationship, a promised answer, off-platform contact, or any personal outcome.
- Keep the creator’s private messages, attachments, original identity, contact details, and personal information private unless the creator clearly authorised a particular disclosure or the law permits reporting it.
- Not record, screenshot, scrape, reproduce, publish, sell, threaten to publish, or use a creator’s communications, image, voice, content, or likeness for harassment, impersonation, synthetic media, blackmail, sexual exploitation, training a model, or commercial promotion without express permission.
- Respect a refusal, boundary, block, ended session, unavailable status, and decision not to continue.
- Use reports, reviews, chargeback rights, and support honestly and provide complete context when raising a dispute.
A creator may end a conversation, decline a request, or block an account. Payment never removes that right.
6. Creator authenticity, identity, and eligibility
Creators owe members and Guft a high standard of authenticity. A creator must be the adult who owns and operates the account; provide truthful original identity and age evidence; use profile images and biographical claims they have a right to use; disclose material limitations on qualifications; and keep payout information in the verified owner’s authorised name where required.
A creator must not impersonate another person; present a model, employee, assistant, bot, generated persona, stolen image, edited document, or deepfake as the verified creator; secretly let another person conduct chats; claim qualifications, experience, location, relationships, results, or endorsements that are false or materially misleading; conceal that advertised content is not theirs; or use another person’s identity or payment account to bypass verification.
Display-name or privacy-protecting options offered by Guft do not permit deception. Guft may distinguish between an original verified identity kept private and a public display identity. The person communicating, appearing in personal content, and receiving creator earnings must remain consistent with the verified account and all disclosures required by the platform.
We may request fresh evidence, a live check, content provenance, ownership permission, or payout confirmation. Refusal, inconsistency, or suspected falsification may lead to withheld approval, delisting, payment hold, termination, and lawful reporting.
7. Creator profile and conduct responsibilities
A creator controls their introduction, topics, rate within platform limits, availability, and whether to accept an eligible request. In return, the creator agrees to keep the public profile accurate; honour clearly stated boundaries; communicate personally and in good faith; avoid deceptive availability; protect member information; comply with content rules; and promptly correct information that is no longer true.
Creators may not guarantee medical, legal, financial, employment, educational, relationship, or other results. A creator who discusses a regulated or professional topic must accurately state their status and should direct users to appropriate professional or emergency services where necessary. Guft can remove a category, change eligibility rules, require renewed review, or delist a creator whose profile creates a safety, authenticity, or compliance risk.
8. Consent and personal boundaries
Every interaction requires continuing, voluntary consent. Account registration, accepting payment, or entering a chat is not blanket consent to sexual, romantic, humiliating, threatening, invasive, or off-platform interaction. Either participant may refuse a topic, decline an attachment, end a conversation, block the other person, or report conduct.
Do not pressure, manipulate, threaten, shame, bribe, or retaliate against someone for refusing a request. Do not treat a past conversation, purchase, follow, review, or relationship as permission for future contact. A person’s consent to share something privately is not consent to publish, reproduce, edit, identify, or commercialise it.
9. Private chats and communications
Guft provides timed, one-to-one text communication and may support attachments. Participants retain ownership of the original expression they create, subject to the permissions in these Terms. Messages are delivered to the other participant and may remain in authorised conversation history. “Private” means the conversation is not a public post; it does not promise legal confidentiality, professional privilege, end-to-end encryption, or that the recipient cannot save or report it.
You grant Guft a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, transmit, format, and display your communications only as reasonably needed to deliver the feature, keep records, provide authorised downloads, secure the service, investigate reports, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.
Guft administrators may review relevant communications under controlled access for a report, support request, fraud or safety investigation, legal request, or platform enforcement. Participants must not attempt to defeat retention, moderation, access controls, timers, read states, or evidence preservation.
10. Personal content, images, audio, and files
You retain ownership of content you lawfully create. You must also own or have all necessary rights, permissions, releases, and consents for every person, work, logo, location, recording, image, audio file, document, and piece of information you upload or send.
Personal content remains subject to the exact permission given for it. A private attachment is licensed to the recipient only for personal viewing within the context in which it was sent; it is not automatically licensed for reposting, resale, editing, facial recognition, synthetic media, model training, advertising, or identification. Paid creator content is licensed to the purchasing member for personal, non-transferable viewing only unless the purchase screen expressly says otherwise. Buying access does not transfer copyright or publicity rights.
Do not upload malware, hidden tracking, unlawful pornography, non-consensual intimate material, voyeuristic material, stolen content, content that exposes private information, or anything involving exploitation or a minor. Guft may reject, quarantine, remove, or preserve files and may limit formats and size.
11. Public creator content and platform licence
When a creator submits profile or feed content for public or paid display, the creator grants Guft a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, copy, adapt for technical display, create previews, distribute through Guft, promote its availability within Guft, and make it available to authorised users for as long as the content is offered and for a reasonable wind-down, backup, dispute, and legal period afterward.
This licence does not transfer the creator’s ownership. The creator remains responsible for authenticity, legality, releases, taxes, and claims. Removing content may stop new access but cannot always recall copies already delivered to an authorised purchaser or retained for a dispute or legal obligation.
12. Identity, likeness, and misrepresentation
You may not use Guft to misuse a name, identity card, face, voice, signature, account, brand, reputation, or personal story. Prohibited conduct includes catfishing, impersonation, false verification, identity theft, doxxing, creating deceptive synthetic media, falsely attributing messages or content, pretending to represent Guft, or registering a confusing profile designed to divert another person’s audience.
Parody or fan activity is not allowed where it is likely to mislead people about identity, verification, sponsorship, or authorship. If you manage authorised content for another adult, you may do so only through a programme Guft expressly supports and with written authority; you may not substitute yourself for the verified person in a private chat.
13. Prices, chat requests, and acceptance
Prices are shown in the currency and units displayed before a request. The quoted price is based on the selected duration and the creator’s applicable rate. Review the total before confirming.
Unless the request screen states otherwise:
- Sending a paid request reserves no guaranteed response and causes no completed charge if it is unanswered, declined, or cancelled before acceptance.
- A member may cancel while the request is pending.
- When the creator accepts, the member’s Guft wallet is charged the full displayed session price and the timer begins.
- Ending early does not automatically refund unused time because the creator reserved and made the purchased period available.
- An extension is a separate purchase requiring the displayed action and sufficient wallet balance. Its price and added time are shown before confirmation.
- Technical records kept by Guft govern timer, acceptance, extension, delivery, and wallet calculations unless a clear error is established.
Welcome minutes, trials, discounts, or credits may carry additional restrictions, may expire, have no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn for future use. Abuse or duplicate claims can be reversed.
14. Deposits and member wallet
A Guft wallet is a limited platform ledger for eligible purchases. It is not a bank account, savings product, electronic-money account, or investment, and it pays no interest. Deposits must come through an approved method and may be subject to provider limits, identity checks, fees, delay, or rejection.
Wallet credit is personal, non-transferable, and may not be sold or exchanged off-platform. Do not use deposits to launder money, cycle funds, test stolen payment instruments, obtain cash advances, or pay a creator outside an eligible Guft purchase. We may hold, reject, reverse, or investigate a transaction that is duplicate, unauthorised, fraudulent, mistaken, charged back, legally restricted, or inconsistent with provider records.
Except where required by law or a displayed refund policy, depositing money does not create a general right to cash withdrawal by a member. Contact support about an erroneous deposit. Provider charges and completed purchases may affect the amount that can lawfully be returned.
15. Refunds, payment disputes, and chargebacks
If Guft makes a verified billing error or the paid service is not delivered because of a platform failure, we may restore wallet credit, repeat the service, or issue a refund using a reasonable method. Dissatisfaction with the conversation, a creator’s lawful refusal of a topic, an early voluntary exit, or failure to achieve a hoped-for outcome does not by itself establish non-delivery.
Contact support promptly with the transaction reference and facts. Do not file a false chargeback, omit that a chat was accepted or delivered, or use both a platform remedy and provider dispute to obtain duplicate recovery. We may provide transaction evidence to the provider, restrict the account during review, and recover a duplicated or improper credit.
Nothing in these Terms removes a non-waivable consumer right available under applicable law.
16. Creator earnings, fees, and clearance
Creator earnings arise only from eligible completed platform transactions. Receiving a request, participating in a free or welcome-minute chat, posting a profile, or being approved does not guarantee payment. Before acceptance, Guft shows or makes available the applicable rate, service fee, and other material conditions.
Guft may deduct the disclosed platform service fee, provider charges where applicable, taxes we must withhold, refunds, chargebacks, duplicated credits, fraud losses attributable to the creator’s breach, and other clearly authorised adjustments. Earnings may remain pending during a displayed clearance period and become withdrawable only after risk, transaction, verification, minimum-balance, and payout requirements are satisfied.
Creator balances are bookkeeping entries until paid. Guft may place a proportionate hold while investigating ownership, identity, fraud, complaints, or chargebacks. We will not confiscate undisputed cleared earnings merely as punishment; any deduction or hold must relate to the agreement, a transaction, risk, law, or an amount owed.
17. Creator withdrawals and taxes
A creator must submit accurate payout details for an account they are authorised to use and, where required, whose title matches the verified original identity. Minimum withdrawal amounts, supported providers, processing periods, and fees can change prospectively and are shown in the creator area.
Withdrawals are reviewed and are not instant. A provider may delay, reject, or return a transfer. The creator must promptly report an incorrect account number and bears losses caused by details they supplied once a transfer can no longer reasonably be recovered.
Creators are responsible for understanding and paying their own taxes, registrations, and reporting obligations unless Guft is legally required to calculate, withhold, or report an amount. Creator status does not create employment, wages, benefits, exclusivity, or authority to bind Guft.
18. Off-platform payments and contact
Do not use Guft to divert a platform-originated paid service to an off-platform payment, solicit wallet PINs or one-time codes, disguise payment instructions, or evade platform fees and safety controls. Guft cannot protect, refund, moderate, or verify a payment or interaction made outside the platform.
Sharing optional contact information also carries privacy and safety risks and does not end these Terms for conduct that originated on Guft. Never pressure another person to disclose a phone number, address, workplace, original identity, or social account.
19. Prohibited conduct
You must not use Guft to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, shame, blackmail, exploit, discriminate against, or incite harm against a person or group.
- Request, create, possess, or distribute unlawful, non-consensual, exploitative, or underage sexual content.
- Promote trafficking, prostitution, coercion, weapons, controlled drugs, terrorism, self-harm, or another unlawful transaction.
- Reveal private information, intimate content, verification evidence, or chat records without authority.
- Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, database, or other rights.
- Commit fraud, impersonation, money laundering, payment abuse, review manipulation, fake engagement, or deceptive commercial activity.
- Scrape, crawl, index private areas, reverse engineer, overload, interfere with, probe, bypass, or gain unauthorised access to Guft or another account.
- Upload malicious code, automate messages without permission, spam, harvest contact details, or train a system on platform content without written authorisation.
- Retaliate for a report, manipulate evidence, make a knowingly false report, or encourage another person to violate these Terms.
Attempts, assistance, and arrangements to do prohibited conduct are also prohibited.
20. Reviews, reports, follows, and community spaces
Reviews and reports must reflect a genuine interaction and honest belief. Do not exchange rewards for a positive review, threaten a negative review, coordinate false ratings, impersonate a reviewer, or publish private chat details unnecessarily. Guft may remove content that is irrelevant, deceptive, abusive, unlawful, or unsafe, but does not promise to remove criticism merely because it is unfavourable.
Follows do not create a relationship or entitlement to contact. Creator community spaces are subject to participant eligibility and moderation. Content posted to a community space is visible to its intended group and is not a private one-to-one chat.
21. Moderation, verification, and enforcement
Guft may review profiles, content, transactions, reports, technical signals, and relevant communications; ask for information; limit discovery; reject or remove content; pause a transaction; restrict a feature; delist a creator; suspend an account; or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect people, respond to risk, or comply with law.
The response may reflect severity, history, urgency, evidence, and the need to protect an investigation. We may act immediately where delay could expose a person, payment, or system to harm. We may notify affected users of an outcome but need not disclose confidential evidence, reporter identity, security methods, or information that would increase risk.
Verification is a risk-control process, not a warranty. Guft does not guarantee that every user is truthful, safe, qualified, or free of prior misconduct. Users must exercise judgment and use report and block tools.
22. Account suspension and termination
You may stop using Guft and request account closure. Guft may suspend or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, identity or age concern, unlawful conduct, risk to others, payment abuse, prolonged inactivity, provider requirement, or discontinuation of the service.
On termination, your permission to use Guft ends. We may cancel pending requests, remove public access to profiles or content, resolve chargebacks and lawful refunds, and retain records as described in the Privacy Policy. Subject to lawful deductions, risk holds, and verification, termination does not erase a valid creator claim to undisputed cleared earnings.
Terms concerning ownership, licences already granted, payments, records, disputes, disclaimers, liability, and enforcement survive where their nature requires it.
23. Guft intellectual property
Guft and its licensors own the platform software, design, branding, logos, text created by Guft, databases, and other protected materials, excluding user content. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the service through the provided interface in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy the interface, create a confusingly similar service, use Guft branding without permission, remove notices, or exploit platform data except as law expressly permits despite this restriction. Feedback may be used by Guft without payment or confidentiality obligation, but it does not transfer ownership of your separate pre-existing work.
24. Copyright and rights complaints
If you believe content on Guft infringes your copyright, identity, privacy, or other rights, send a specific report through the available support channel. Identify the protected work or right, the challenged content or account, your relationship to the right, contact information, and a good-faith explanation. We may request verification and may share the substance of a complaint with the affected user so they can respond.
Knowingly false complaints may harm another person and violate these Terms or law. Guft may remove or restrict challenged material while reviewing it and may terminate repeat infringers.
25. Third-party services
Payment, messaging, analytics, support, social-link, and other third-party services may have separate terms. Guft is not responsible for an external service’s independent operation, content, or availability. Your use of a third party must comply with its terms. If a provider outage affects Guft, we will take reasonable steps but cannot promise uninterrupted performance.
26. No professional, emergency, or outcome guarantee
Conversations are personal communications and general information unless a properly qualified professional clearly offers a lawful professional service under separate applicable terms. Guft does not provide medical, legal, financial, mental-health, emergency, or other professional advice and does not verify every claimed qualification.
Do not use Guft instead of emergency services or rely on a conversation for a decision where error could cause serious harm. Guft does not guarantee compatibility, response, availability, income, audience growth, relationship, confidentiality by the recipient, or any particular result.
27. Service availability and changes
We aim to operate Guft reliably but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider failure, network conditions, emergencies, or events outside our reasonable control. Features, categories, eligibility, technical limits, prices, fees, and provider availability may change prospectively. We will not retroactively change the recorded price of a completed transaction except to correct an error, fraud, reversal, or legal requirement.
We may discontinue a feature or the platform. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice and provide a fair process for remaining valid wallet balances and cleared creator earnings, subject to law, verification, disputes, and provider capability.
28. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guft is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not make warranties that every profile statement is accurate, every user will behave properly, every conversation will satisfy expectations, content will remain available, or the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not endorse a user merely because the account was reviewed or verified.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
29. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss; lost opportunity, profit, reputation, data, or anticipated savings; another user’s independent conduct; or an external provider failure, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
For claims that may lawfully be limited, Guft’s aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Guft for the transaction giving rise to the claim or the amount required by applicable law. This section does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited, or any other non-excludable responsibility.
30. Your responsibility for claims
To the extent permitted by law, you will be responsible for reasonable losses, liabilities, and costs Guft incurs because of your unlawful content, fraud, infringement, impersonation, misuse of another person’s identity, breach of these Terms, or deliberate misuse of the platform. Guft will give reasonable notice of a third-party claim and allow appropriate participation in the defence. This responsibility does not apply to loss caused by Guft’s own breach or wrongdoing.
31. Disputes and governing law
Please contact support first with a clear description, transaction references, and the remedy requested so we can try to resolve the issue informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without applying conflict-of-law rules that would defeat mandatory protections.
Unless applicable law gives you a different non-waivable forum, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan. Nothing prevents either party from seeking urgent relief to protect safety, confidential information, intellectual property, or account security.
32. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product, provider, risk, business, or legal changes. We will publish the revised text at this URL and update the effective date. For a material change, we may provide additional notice and may ask you to accept again. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date; completed transactions remain governed by the terms and price recorded when they occurred unless law requires otherwise.
33. General terms
If one provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary and the rest will remain effective. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without our written permission; Guft may transfer it as part of a genuine financing, reorganisation, merger, acquisition, or sale of the service. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and clearly incorporated feature rules are the complete agreement about Guft and replace earlier statements on the same subject.
Headings help navigation and do not narrow the text. “Including” means including without limitation. Electronic notices and records may satisfy writing requirements where law permits.
34. Contact
Questions, notices, rights complaints, and payment disputes can be sent through the Guft help or support channel available on the platform. Include enough detail for us to locate the relevant account or transaction, but never send a password, payment PIN, or one-time code.
